Carpentry Rates

Our carpentry price guide aims to make things clearer by providing reliable information, helping you know what to expect without any surprises.

While our rates may not be the lowest in Singapore, we can assist in lowering the cost of carpentry jobs. There are several factors we'd like to bring to your attention regarding this.

Working directly with carpenters can be a wise choice, as it eliminates the markup from interior designers, architects, and builders. This can be particularly beneficial if you require extensive carpentry work. However, it's important to note that while we prioritize value and quality, we may not always offer the lowest rates. We refuse to compromise on the quality of our work by cutting corners or using inferior materials to reduce costs.

We take pride in maintaining quality standards and ensuring that our work meets decent specifications. Our rates are carefully set to provide a fair starting point for the majority of carpentry projects. You can expect to save at least 20% on carpentry expenditures alone when you compare our prices to those of interior designer architects, and builders who hire carpenters of similar proficiency.

Our pricing approach prioritizes simplicity in carpentry design while allowing for personalized enhancements. More intricate designs will incur higher costs. Optional features like shaker-style doors, curved edges furniture, glass-fronted panels, stainless steel inlays, and integrated LED channels are available but come with added expenses. Additionally, optional upgrades such as mirrored finishes, solid wood, veneer, polyurethane spray, glass, premium laminates and name-brand hardware will also increase the overall cost.

In addition to factors such as design complexity, material choice, and height, other variables may impact pricing. These include irregular dimensions, unique site conditions, and hard-to-access areas.
