Requirement

Applicable to all kitchen cabinets spanning a total length of 20 feet or more, and with a ceiling height of 8.5 feet or lower.

If your ceiling exceeds 8.5 feet in height, you might prefer to have your top-hung kitchen cabinets installed slightly below the actual ceiling height for better accessibility and aesthetic balance.
Any additional charges?

Any request for more than three drawers will result in additional charges of $50 per drawer.

For furniture installations on ceilings exceeding 8.5 feet in height, there will be additional charges.

Any additional components or work not explicitly listed will incur extra fees.

Option to upgrade to EO grade plywood for your project. This upgrade would come at an additional cost of $10 to $20 per foot run. (Subjected to the height of the cabinet)
Price applies universally to HDB flats, condominiums, and landed residential properties.
